I left something in the car.

Items left behind on the bus can be stored at our head office in Sendai. If you are unsure of the sales office in charge, please contact the head office (022-218-3131 / Weekdays 9:00-17:30) or Ichinoseki Sales Office (0191-23-2542 / Weekdays 9:00-17:30). When contacting us, please let us know the following information to expedite the process. ・Date and time of boarding ・Seat position ・Characteristics of lost items As a general rule, lost items will be stored for approximately 3 months, but this may vary depending on the situation. Please note that valuables such as cash may be handed over to the local police station. For those who live far away, we also offer cash on delivery shipping. Confirmation may take some time depending on the operating status of the vehicle (such as when it is in operation). Thank you for your understanding.
