Meet Our New Team Member from Nepal

We are pleased to welcome a new member to our team from Nepal.

He recently joined our company as a bus driver and is already an important part of our team. In addition to driving buses, he has also taken on the role of maintaining and caring for the garden at our head office.

From safely transporting our passengers to keeping our workplace beautiful, he is contributing to our company in many different ways.

In this article, we would like to introduce him and give you a chance to get to know him a little better.

Hello, My name is Dipak Bista, and I am from Nepal. I am  currently

Living in sendai, Japan and studying at the Akamon Automobile MainTenance College  while continually  developing my  knowledge and Practical skills.

The Reason I Am Interested in Buses.

My interest in buses began with my family. When I was very young, my father owned and operated a bus business in Nepal. Unfortunately, due to various circumstances, he had to close the business. I was only about three or four years old at that time, but I believe my father’s dream and his passion for buses left a deep impression on me.

Our home was located near a highway, so every day I watched hundreds of buses and other vehicles passing by. I was fascinated by the different bus designs, the sound of their engines, their horns, and the sight of them traveling on the road. I always enjoyed observing buses and learning about the different types and companies. Looking back, I believe this is where my passion for buses truly began.

As I grew older, I realized that a bus is much more than just a vehicle. It is an important part of society. Every day, buses safely transport students, workers, elderly people, tourists, and many others from one place to another. They help people live their daily lives. For this reason, I believe working in the bus industry is not just a job—it is a way of serving society.

This is one of the reasons why I decided to study Automobile Maintenance. I want to gain a deep understanding of bus technology, maintenance, and safety. In Japan, I hope to learn not only technical skills but also the importance of safety, punctuality, teamwork, customer service, and professionalism, which are highly valued in the Japanese bus industry.

In the future, I would like to bring the knowledge, skills, and experience I gain in Japan back to Nepal. My father could not fulfill his dream of continuing his bus business, so I hope to carry on that dream by establishing my own bus company one day.

However, my goal is not simply to run a successful business. I want to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation services that people can trust. I also hope to create employment opportunities for unemployed young people in Nepal, helping them support their families and improve their quality of life.

Together, We Move Forward

We believe that having people with different backgrounds and experiences makes our company stronger.

Our new team member from Nepal is bringing his skills, experience, and unique perspective to our workplace. We hope that, through working together, we can continue to learn from one another and grow as a team.

As a company, we will continue to actively welcome people from different countries and backgrounds. We want to create a workplace where everyone can make the most of their skills and work together with confidence.

We look forward to welcoming more new members to our team in the future.
